Broccomole (Vegan)

Recipe Ingredients

1 1/2 cups 219g / 7.7ozBroccoli stems - cooked
  Outer layers peeled o
1 1/2 tablespoons 22mlLemon juice - fresh-squeezed
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlGround cumin
1/8 teaspoon 0.6mlGarlic powder
1/2   Tomato - diced
1   Scallion - sliced
1   Green chili pepper; canned

Recipe Instructions

In a food processor, blend the broccoli stems with the lemon juice, cumin, and garlic powder until completely smooth.

Add the remaining ingredients and mix well by hand, but do not blend.

Chill before serving for best flavor. 21 calories, 0.2 grams fat per 1/2 cup serving. :
