1 1/2 cups | 219g / 7.7oz | Broccoli stems - cooked |
Outer layers peeled o | ||
1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Lemon juice - fresh-squeezed |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Ground cumin |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Garlic powder |
1/2 | Tomato - diced | |
1 | Scallion - sliced | |
1 | Green chili pepper; canned |
In a food processor, blend the broccoli stems with the lemon juice, cumin, and garlic powder until completely smooth.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well by hand, but do not blend.
Chill before serving for best flavor. 21 calories, 0.2 grams fat per 1/2 cup serving. :
