Zucchini Quiche Recipe - Cooking Index

1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Parmesan cheese |
9 | Egg | |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Oregano |
5 tablespoons | 75ml | Butter |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Onion - chopped |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Milk |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Bisquick |
Cook zucchini and onions in half the butter with oregano and salt till tender (about 5 minutes). In blender, mix eggs, milk, cheese, Bisquick, salt and remaining melted butter. Mix well, about two minutes. Pour into 13-inch dish or pie plate. Spread zucchini all over top. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 375F.
