Zucchini Bake Recipe - Cooking Index
3 cups | 711ml | Cubed zucchini |
1 | Bacon | |
Ripe tomatos | ||
1 | Velveeta cheese | |
1 | Green pepper - chopped (small) | |
Onion - sliced | ||
1/4 cup | 40g / 1.4oz | Rice - (not minute rice) |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Sugar |
Salt & pepper to taste |
Chop bacon and fry, then drain off grease. Layer in casserole dish, zucchini, green pepper, onion, bacon, rice, tomato, and cheese. In that order. Bake at 350F. For 1 1/2 hours.
