1/2 cup | 118ml | Coco lopez cream of coconut |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Cider vinegar |
1 | Italian - dressing mix |
In small jar with tight-fitting lid or bowl, combine ingredients; mix well. Chill to blend flavors. Stir before serving. Serve with tossed green salads, fruit salads, or with coleslaw. Refrigerate leftovers.
