2 tablespoons | 30ml | Oil |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Garlic |
1/2 cup | 55g / 1.9oz | Grated carrots |
1/2 cup | 55g / 1.9oz | Chopped celery |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Onions |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Mushrooms |
1/2 cup | 80g / 2.8oz | Beansprouts |
Cook contents of box according to package directions. Saute' vegetables in oil until tender. Gently blend rice and vegetable mixture and serve.
