Vegetarian Chili Con Carne Recipe - Cooking Index
1 1/4 cups | 200g / 7.1oz | Kidney beans |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Onion - chopped (medium) |
2 | Garlic - crushed | |
1 1/4 cups | 137g / 4.8oz | Carrots - chopped fine |
1 1/4 cups | 200g / 7.1oz | Green beans - chopped |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Combined red and green peppe |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Water |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Chili powder |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Cumin |
1 | Stewed tomatoes | |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Tomato paste |
Preheat oven at 350.
Place onion, garlic, carrot, green beans, and peppers in a casserole dish. Add water, chili powder, cumin, tomatoes, and tomato paste to mixture.
Bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
