Vegetarian Chili Con Carne

Recipe Ingredients

1 1/4 cups 200g / 7.1ozKidney beans
1 cup 62g / 2.2ozOnion - chopped (medium)
2   Garlic - crushed
1 1/4 cups 137g / 4.8ozCarrots - chopped fine
1 1/4 cups 200g / 7.1ozGreen beans - chopped
1/2 cup 118mlCombined red and green peppe
1/4 cup 59mlWater
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlChili powder
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlCumin
1   Stewed tomatoes
1/4 cup 59mlTomato paste

Recipe Instructions

Preheat oven at 350.

Place onion, garlic, carrot, green beans, and peppers in a casserole dish. Add water, chili powder, cumin, tomatoes, and tomato paste to mixture.

Bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
