Vegetable Spaghetti Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Spaghetti squash | |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Water |
1 1/3 cups | 315ml | Marinara sauce - heated |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Parmesan cheese |
Halve squash lengthwise and remove seeds. Place squash, cut side down, in microwave safe dish. Pour water around squash and cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on high 10 to 15 minutes, until tender. Cut each half crosswise into two pieces; transfer to plates or bowls. Pull squash strands toward center with fork.
Top each squash quarter with 1/3 cup marinara sauce and 2 tbs cheese.
