Vegetable Juice Cocktail Recipe - Cooking Index
| 3 | Carrots - peeled & chopped | |
| 3 | Radishes | |
| 3 | Scallions | |
| 1/4 cup | 27g / 1oz | Celery leaves | 
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Watercress | 
| 1 | Canned beet - diced | |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Beet liquid | 
| 1 1/2 cups | 355ml | - ice water | 
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt | 
| 1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Pepper | 
Puree all ingredients in a blender. Cover and refrigerate for one hour, strain, mix in salt & pepper and serve.
