1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Broccoli |
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Cauliflower |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Butter |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Red chile powder |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Turmeric |
1 | Ginger | |
3 | Garlic |
Saute the chopped onion in the butter until brown, add garlic and saute for 2 minutes. Add spices and vegetables and 1 cup water and cook until broccoli is tender. The water should be almost gone by the time the vegetables are tender.
