1 cup | 237ml | Peas |
1 cup | 160g / 5.6oz | Green beans |
1 cup | 110g / 3.9oz | Carrots - sliced |
1 cup | 237ml | Mushrooms |
1 | Egg | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Margarine - melted |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Milk |
Salt and pepper - to taste | ||
Veg cooking spray |
Cook veg. in sm. amt. of boiling salted water til crisp-tender; drain. Chop veg. fine. Whip egg til lemon colored; add margarine and milk. Blend well. Add chopped veggies, salt and pepper. Pour into baking dish coated w/ veg. spray. Cover and bake at 350 for 45 min. or til set. Yield: 8 servings Exchange/serving: 1 vegetable Calories/serving: 36
