Vegetable Burgers Recipe - Cooking Index
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Potato (medium) |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Onion (small) |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Walnuts - or pecans |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Oil |
1 cup | 237ml | Oatmeal - cooked |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Bread crumbs |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Sage |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Soy sauce |
Grind or chop in blender first 3 ingredients. Saute in oil until soft. Add remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Form into burger patties and fry until brown on both sides, or bake on oiled sheet at 350 degrees
