Un-Tomato Ketchup Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 110g / 3.9oz | Cooked carrots |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Cooked beets |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Water |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Lemon juice |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Sweetener |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Onion powder |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Garlic powder |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Oregano |
Blend all ingredients till smooth. Keep in the refrigerator.
