Aloo Chana Chaat - 1 Recipe - Cooking Index
This sweet-sour salad is a combination of potatoes and chick peas.
Cuisine: Indian2 cups | 474ml | Boiled chickpeas - (kabuli chana) |
2 | Boiled potatoes - cut into pieces | |
2 | Tomatoes - chopped | |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Finely chopped green chiles |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Chaat masala |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped cilantro |
Salt - to taste |
Mix all the ingredients very well. Store in the refrigerator.
Serve cold.
