Tomato Bowl Recipe - Cooking Index
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Parsley - fresh, chopped |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Oil - vegetable |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Vinegar - cider |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Mustard - prepared |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Sugar |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Pepper |
1 | Garlic clove - minced | |
6 | Tomatoes; firm - ripe, sliced (small) |
Combine the first 8 ingredients, mixing well.
Place tomato slices in serving bowl, and pour dressing over all. Cover and let stand at room temperature 20 minutes before serving.
