Tofu Cheesecake Recipe - Cooking Index
2 | Mori-nu lite silken tofu | |

3/4 cup | 177ml | Fruitsource - (or honey) |
3 teaspoons | 15ml | Vanilla |
1/2 cup | 55g / 1.9oz | Hershey's cocoa powder |
1. in food processor or blender whip tofu until smooth 2. heat fruitsource 90 seconds in microwave (med-high) 3. pour over cocoa powder - stir until smooth 4. add vanilla 5. add chocolate mixture to tofu and continue blending for 1 min.
6. pour into premade pie shell or custard cups and chill 1-2 hours.
7. garnish with banana slices (makes 10 servings) (per serving *filling only*
