Tofu Au Gingembre Recipe - Cooking Index
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Firm tofu |
2/3 cup | 157ml | Sunflower oil |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Ginger root - grated |
2/3 cup | 157ml | Tamari |
Cut the tofu in slices and place them side by side in a shallow oven-proof dish. In a small bowl combine ginger, oil and tamari. Pour over the tofu.
Let marinate for 1 - 3 hours. Preheat oven to 350F. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes. Serves 4.
