Alfredo Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
12 oz | 340g | Evaporated skim milk |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Cornstarch |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Molly mcbutter |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Parmesian cheese - fat-free |
1 pinch | White pepper |
Reserver 2 Tblsp Evaporated Skim Milk, place the rest in a saucepan over medium heat. Combine the reserved milk with the cornstarch. Add Cornstarch to the saucepan and mix well. Continue cooking, stirring until the sauce has thickened.
Stir in Butter substitute, parmesean cheese, and white pepper.
