Sweet Potato Rounds With Honey Butter Recipe - Cooking Index
These potatoes are great cold, or reheated in the microwave, regular oven, or regrilled!
Type: Cheese, Eggs, Vegetables2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Sweet potatoes - scrubbed |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Honey |
1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Unsalted butter - softened |
Preheat grill to 400if not already hot. Pare out any bad spots and cut potatoes crosswise into 1/2-inch-thick slices, leaving on skin. Arrange sweet potato slices on grill. Grill 8 to 10 minutes or until grill marks shoe on flesh. Meanwhile, mix together honey and butter in a small bowl until combined. Turn sweet potatoes and spread with honey butter. Grill second side 6 to 8 minutes or until fork tender. Spread with honey butter and grill until bubbly. This recipe yields 6 servings.
