Sweet Potato Casserole - 1 Recipe - Cooking Index

| 1 | Sweet potatoes - drained | |
| 1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Sugar |
| 1/2 | Margarine | |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Vanilla extract |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Milk |
| 1 | Margarine | |
| 1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Sugar |
| 1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Flour - all-purpose |
| 1 | Pecans - chopped | |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Cinnamon |
Mix all ingredients with mixer until smooth. Place in buttered baking dish. Sprinkle topping mixture over potatoes.
Bake at 350F for 30-45 minutes or until brown. To prepare topping, soften 1 stick margarine, cut in sugar and flour with pastry blender stir in cinnamon and nuts.
