Summer Cucumber Crisps Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1/4 | Vinegar - white | |
| 1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Sugar |
| 1/4 | Garlic cloves - crushed | |
| 1/4 tablespoon | 3.8ml | Cloves - whole |
| 1/4 tablespoon | 3.8ml | Allspice - whole |
| 1 | Bay leaves | |
| 1/2 | Cinnamon sticks | |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Celery seed |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Mustard seed |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Peppercorns |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Ginger - ground |
| 1 | Cucumbers |
In medium saucepan, combine all ingredients except cucumbers. Boil 12-15 minutes. Cool mixture and strain. Thinly slice cucumbers and place in large jar or bowl with lid. Add cooled marinade and cover tightly. Keep refrigerated.
