Stuffed Squash Recipe - Cooking Index
3 cups | 187g / 6.6oz | Meat substitute |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Margarine - melted |
1 | Egg - slightly beaten | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Onion - chopped |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Pepper |
1 cup | 237ml | Crackers - coarsely broken |
1 cup | 237ml | Milk |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
Mix all together and fill 2 medium squash shells. Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes. To prepare squash shells: Cut in half lengthwise and scoop our the center.
