6 | Celery stalks - washed, leaves | |

1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | No-fat cottage cheese |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Low-salt soy sauce |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Prepared mustard |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Chives |
1 | Garlic - minced |
Place cottage cheese and all ingredients except celery in a blender. Blend until smooth. Stuff celery with cheese mixture. Cut each stalk into 6 individual pieces. Serve each with a toothpick. Makes 36 appetizers, or 6 servings of 6 each.
