Stewed Cauliflower Recipe - Cooking Index

1 | Onion - chopped (large) | |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Olive or vegetable oil |
2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | Canned tomatoes |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Pepper |
1 cup | 237ml | Water |
Wash and separate cauliflower into flowerets. Saute' onion and cauliflower in oil until lightly browned. Add tomatoes, salt, pepper and water, and simmer covered for 30 minutes, or until tender.
