Springtime Potatoes Recipe - Cooking Index
1 1/2 lbs | 681g / 24oz | Potatoes - new, small |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Radishes - sliced |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Cucumber - chopped |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Green onion - chopped |
Pepper - dash | ||
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Green pepper - chopped |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Sour cream |
Wash and scrape potatoes; cook until tender in boiling, salted water; drain. Combine remaining ingredients. Heat, but do not boil. Pour sour cream mixture over hot potatoes.
