Spinach-Squash Crockpot Soup Recipe - Cooking Index
10 oz | 284g | Spinach - frozen |
1 oz | 28g | Yellow squash - diced (small) |
1/2 oz | 14g | Onion - minced (small) |
2 | Carrots - diced | |
4 | Garlic - minced | |
6 oz | 170g | V-8 - (r) vegetable juice |
1/2 cup | 80g / 2.8oz | Navy beans |
4 cups | 948ml | Water |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
I just thru it all in the crock and let it cook on high all day. I had two bowls for lunch yesterday and today, and the kids ate "just a taste"
