Spinach Pesto Sauce

Recipe Ingredients

1 1/2 cups	355ml	Cleaned spinach
1/4 cup	59ml	Pine nuts - >or<-
1/4 cup	59ml	Cashew pieces
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Salt
1/4 cup	59ml	Olive oil
1/2 cup	118ml	Water
1 tablespoon	15ml	Dry sweet basil

Recipe Instructions

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. The acid in the spinach will pick up the garlic flavor which is the reason for using less garlic in this formula. Keep this sauce cold until ready to use.
