Spanish Corn Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Stewed tomatoes - (14.5 oz.) | |
1 | Whole kernel corn - drained (16 oz.) | |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Green pepper - finely chopped |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Onion - finely chopped |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Bread crumbs |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Butter - melted |
Place tomatoes, corn, pepper and onion in greased casserole. Toss crumbs on top and drizzle butter over top. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
