| 2 cups | 474ml | Tvp - dry |
| 1 3/4 cups | 414ml | Boiling water |
| 1 | Tomatoes - canned, 28 oz | |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Basil |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Oregano |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Cumin |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Thyme |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
| 1 | Pepper - to taste | |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chili powder |
| 1 | Onion - diced |
Reconstitute TVP in boiling water. Simmer TVP, and all the ingredients to blend.
