Sherry's Cheese And Broccoli Wild Rice Casserole Recipe - Cooking Index
| 3/4 cup | 120g / 4.2oz | Wild rice |
| 1 | Water | |
| 4 | Chicken bouillon cubes | |
| 1 | Broccoli - cut up & cooked | |
| 8 oz | 227g | Cheese - (select cheese that melts) |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Milk |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Butter or margarine - up to 2 tbs |
Combine wild rice, water and 4 chicken bouillon cubes. Cook (see basic recipe). When rice is done add cooked broccoli. Melt cheese with milk and butter, then add to mixture and stir well. Serve hot as a casserole or cold as a summer salad delight.
