Seasoned Blackeye Peas

2 1/2 cups 592mlBlackeyed peas - fresh or frozen
1 cup 62g / 2.2ozOnion - chopped (medium)
1/3 cup 36g / 1.3ozCelery - chopped
1 teaspoon 5mlBeef bouillon - granules
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlDried savory
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlBlack pepper
2 cups 474mlWater

Recipe Instructions

Combine all of the ingredients in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, covered, for 1 hour until tender.
