Schnitzel Beans

Recipe Ingredients

1 1/2		Green beans - cut
2 tablespoons	30ml	Bacon - chopped
1 tablespoon	15ml	Shortening
3 tablespoons	45ml	Onions - sliced (medium)
4 tablespoons	60ml	Tomatoes - sliced (medium)
1 teaspoon	5ml	Salt
1 cup	237ml	Hot water
1		Cayenne pepper

Recipe Instructions

Fry bacon crisp; add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 1 hour. Add water as needed.
