Schnitzel Beans

Recipe Ingredients

1 1/2   Green beans - cut
2 tablespoons 30mlBacon - chopped
1 tablespoon 15mlShortening
3 tablespoons 45mlOnions - sliced (medium)
4 tablespoons 60mlTomatoes - sliced (medium)
1 teaspoon 5mlSalt
1 cup 237mlHot water
1   Cayenne pepper

Recipe Instructions

Fry bacon crisp; add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 1 hour. Add water as needed.
