Schnitzel Beans Recipe - Cooking Index
1 1/2 | Green beans - cut | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Bacon - chopped |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Shortening |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Onions - sliced (medium) |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Tomatoes - sliced (medium) |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1 cup | 237ml | Hot water |
1 | Cayenne pepper |
Fry bacon crisp; add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 1 hour. Add water as needed.
