Scandinavian Cucumbers Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 118ml | Diary sour cream |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Parsley - snipped |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Tarragon vinegar |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Sugar |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chives - snipped |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Unpeeled cucumbers - thinly (small) |
(3 cups) |
Stir together sour cream, parsley, vinegar, sugar, and chives. Gently fold in cucumbers. Cover and chill.
