Sauteed Snow Peas W/ Rosemary Recipe - Cooking Index
1/4 lb | 113g / 4oz | Snow peas |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Olive oil |
1 | Garlic - minced | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Fresh rosemary |
6 oz | 170g | Cremini - (or reg.) mushrooms, sliced |
Salt and pepper |
Cut snow peas in half diagonally. Heat olive oil in fry pan and add garlic, rosemary and mushrooms. Saute, tossing, until mushrooms are just tender (about 2 min.)
Add snow peas and cook about 1 min. until they are bright green and just tender. Add salt & pepper and serve at once.
