Saag Paneer Recipe - Cooking Index
3 | Spinach | |
1 | Onion - chopped | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Ginger - chopped |
3 | Green chiles | |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Turmeric |
8 oz | 227g | Paneer |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Oil |
Oil - for deep frying | ||
1 | Bicarbonate of soda | |
Salt |
Chop spinach, add 1/4 cup water, soda bi carb and cook. When cooked blend well in a blender.
Cut paneer into cubes and deep fry in hot oil. Heat oil and fry onions, add ginger, green chiles and turmeric and fry, add spinach and paneer.
