Roasted Potatoes Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lemon juice |
| 4 tablespoons | 60ml | Olive or vegetable oil |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dried thyme |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Garlic salt |
| 1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Pepper |
| 6 teaspoons | 30ml | Red potatoes - (about 1 pound), (small) quartered |
In a medium bowl, combine lemon juice, oil, thyme, garlic salt and pepper. Add potatoes; toss to coat. Place in 8 inch square baking dish that has been coated with nonstick cooking spray. Bake, uncovered, at 450 for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
