4 cups | 584g / 20oz | Fresh cauliflower florets |
4 cups | 584g / 20oz | Fresh broccoli florets |
2 | Garlic - thinly sliced | |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Olive oil |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
Vegetable cooking spray |
Combine cauliflower florets and next 2 ingredients in a large bowl. Add olive oil and salt, and toss well to coat.
Arrange the mixture in a single layer in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 400F for 30 minutes or until tender and lightly browned, stirring every 5 minutes. Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 1 cup).
