Recipe Ingredients

1 cup 237mlYogurt
1 cup 146g / 5.1ozChopped apples
1 cup 146g / 5.1ozChopped cucumber
1/2 cup 73g / 2.6ozChopped cabbage
1 teaspoon 5mlSugar
1   Chopped green chile
2 tablespoons 30mlHalved grapes
  Salt - to taste

Recipe Instructions

1. Beat the yogurt.

2. Mix the remaining ingredients.

3. Put in the refrigerator to cool.

Serve Cold.
