Raita (Vegetables In Yogurt) Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Yogurt |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Chopped apples |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Chopped cucumber |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Chopped cabbage |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Sugar |
1 | Chopped green chile | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Halved grapes |
Salt - to taste |
1. Beat the yogurt.
2. Mix the remaining ingredients.
3. Put in the refrigerator to cool.
Serve Cold.
