Radish & Cilantro Relish Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 474ml | Radishes - thinly sliced |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Onion; chopped - 1 med |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Orange juice |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lime juice |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Fresh cilantro - fine snipped |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Vegetable oil |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Pepper - freshly ground |
Mix all ingredients in glass or plastic bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Makes 3 cups of relish.
