Potatoes Perfect

Recipe Ingredients

1/4 lb 113g / 4ozBacon - diced
2 lbs 908g / 32ozOnions - thinly sliced (medium)
4 lbs 1816g / 64ozPotatoes - thinly sliced (medium)
1/2 lb 227g / 8ozCheddar cheese - thinly slice
  Salt and pepper
  Butter

Recipe Instructions

Line crockpot with aluminum foil, leaving enough to overlap potatoes when finished. Layer half each of the bacon, onions, potatoes and cheese in crockpot. Season to taste and dot with butter. Repeat layers of bacon, onions, potatoes and cheese. Dot with butter.

Overlap with remaining foil. Cover and cook on low setting for 10 to 12 hours.
