Potato Wedges Recipe - Cooking Index
4 cups | 948ml | Baking potatoes (medium) |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Cornflake crumbs |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Grated parmesan cheese |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Parsley flakes |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Pepper |
1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Butter - margarine, melted |
Preheat oven to 400F. Cut cleaned potatoes into 8 length-wise pieces. In a pie plate, combine cornflake crumbs, parmesan cheese, parsley flakes, salt and pepper. Dip potato wedges into melted butter, then in seasoning mixture. Place potatoes on a baking sheet.
