Potato Casserole - 1 Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Bag hash browns - (frozen) |
| 1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Melted margarine |
| 1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Chopped onions |
| 1 | Shredded medium cheddar cheese | |
| 2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | Crushed corn flakes |
| 1 | Cream of chicken soup | |
| 2 | Sour cream | |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Salt |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Pepper |
| 1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Melted margarine |
Mix all ingredients except cornflakes and margarine, and pour into greased casserole. Mix cornflakes and margarine; sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake at 300F for 1 hour.
