Pickled Spinach Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 474ml | Spinach - torn |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Tomato - chopped |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Green pepper - chopped |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Vinegar |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Oil - vegetable, to 1/2 cup |
2 | Bacon - cooked and crumbled | |
Lettuce leaves - opt. |
Combine first 5 ingredients, tossing gently. Chill at least 15 minutes. Sprinkle bacon over top; serve on lettuce leaves, if desired.
