Pesach Spinach Pie Recipe - Cooking Index
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Onion - chopped (large) |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Carrots - peeled and grated (medium) |
1 | Chopped spinach | |
2 | Eggs - well-beaten | |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Matzo meal |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Salt |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Pepper |
Heat oven to 375F (190C). Cook together in 1/2 c. water until spinach is defrosted the spinach, carrots and onion. Drain, let cool 3 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour into prepared pan and bake 45 minutes.
