Papaya-Tomatillo Salsa Recipe - Cooking Index
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Papaya - peeled, seeded and (large) diced |
3 | Tomatillos - husks removed, diced | |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Diced red pepper |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Diced scallion |
1 | Garlic clove - minced | |
2 | Serrano chiles - minced | |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Fresh squeezed lime juice |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Olive oil |
Salt | ||
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Chopped cilantro |
Combine ingredients in a bowl and toss. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes before serving for flavors to meld.
