Oven-Baked Herb Potatoes Recipe - Cooking Index
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Baking potatoes (medium) |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Vegetable oil |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dried thyme |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dried oregano |
Slice the potatoes about 1/4 inch thick. Brush the slices with the vegetable oil. Place in baking pan.
Sprinkle with thyme and oregano.
Bake in 400F oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until tender.
