Orange-Glazed Fiery Green Beans

Recipe Ingredients

4		Serrano peppers - cut in thin strips
1 lb	454g / 16oz	French cut green beans
2 tablespoons	30ml	Orange juice
2 teaspoons	10ml	Orange zest
1/4 cup	49g / 1.7oz	Butter or margarine
1/4 cup	40g / 1.4oz	Light brown sugar

Recipe Instructions

Combine the chiles, green beans, orange juice, and orange zest. Allow to marinate for an hour. Melt the margarine, add the sugar and heat until dissolved. Add the green bean mixture and simmer until the beans are glazed and cooked.
