Onion Pie Recipe - Cooking Index
3 cups | 187g / 6.6oz | Onions - sliced |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Butter |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Cottage cheese |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Heavy cream |
1 | Pie crust | |
Salt | ||
Pepper | ||
Cayenne |
Saute onions in butter until soft. Blend cottage cheese with cream and season to taste. Pour into pie shell. Spread onions over cheese. Bake at 400F for 15 minutes.
