Green tomatoes - sliced 1/4-inch thick | ||
No-fat italian salad dressing | ||
Italian-seasoned dry bread crumbs | ||
Non-stick cooking spray |
Place tomatoes and dressing in a sealed plastic bag; marinate in the refrigerator as little 10 minutes or as long as a day.
Shake off excess dressing; roll tomato slices in bread crumbs. Spray broiling pan with non-stick spray; broil tomato slices until brown. Turn; broil until second side is brown. Or, cook tomatoes in saute pan sprayed with non-stick spray.
