Nine Grain Bread

Recipe Ingredients

1 1/3 cups	315ml	Skim milk
3 tablespoons	45ml	Honey
2 1/2 tablespoons	37ml	Orange juice - up to 3
		Concentrate
1 1/2 teaspoons	7.5ml	Salt
1 cup	62g / 2.2oz	White flour
1 3/4 cups	109g / 3.8oz	Whole wheat flour
3/4 cup	177ml	-- ¥
9		Grain cereal
3 teaspoons	15ml	Yeast

Recipe Instructions

Mix in the order recommended by your breadmaker. I know most breadmakers only require 1.5 t. yeast, but ours calls for 3 t. yeast.
