Mustard Beans Recipe - Cooking Index
| 4 lbs | 1816g / 64oz | Green beans |
| 3 cups | 594g / 20oz | Sugar |
| 1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Flour |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Mustard |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Celery seed |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Tumeric |
| 3 cups | 711ml | Wine vinegar |
Wash and cut beans in pieces and boil in salted water until tender. Make a sauce of other ingredients by boiling until thick. Pour this over the beans, mix well and bottle
